  • I'm pretty picky about my hair and have had my fair share of bad hair experiences. Salon ivy was great, they didn't do exactly what I wanted, I think she just missed what I said or didn't hear me.. Im not sure, but I ended up being extremely happy w the way it turned out. She felt bad she had missed what i said so she said I could come back another day so she could fix it right up for no charge! But I decided not to because I ended up being so happy w my hair the way it was, she gave my a lot of helpful tips about hair care and how I should get it done. Also they sent me a five dollar off for my next appt. in then mail!!! Very pleased and will be getting my hair done there from now on.
