  • ordered custom seat covers for my Ram 1500. My account was charged immediately and I received an email stating that delivery would be in about two weeks. 5 weeks later, still no delivery and customer service refuses to give any status update. Cancelling update 2/10/17 What a horribly sly company. So after requesting that they cancel my order (after refusing to give an update), I mysteriously received a message from UPS the next day that a shipment from seat covers unlimited was being sent. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, bad decision. What I received was absolute garbage. Not as described, horrendous quality, terrible fit, patterns don't line up, headrest covers are lopsided, and my seats wouldn't even function properly with all the extra material. Worst purchase I've ever made. After two days of trying to adjust and readjust to make the seat covers work, decided they were a lost cause. I've heard that Fia makes good seat covers, going to give them a try.
