rev:text	I'm torn on this review. The products I received, being 2 turkey breasts, were good. It's a Honeybaked ham product though so it's exactly what you expect. My issue comes in due to customer service. I'm giving 3 stars and cutting them some slack, however I can't imagine ever going back. I walked in first thing at 9am. I was picking up turkey for a work pot luck. A woman had arrived ahead of me who apparently had her entire office catered by them. I went to the pick up side of the counter and it was a bit crazy over there due to her large order, but I waited patiently. A woman came out gave me a exasperated why are you here look and asked me what I wanted. I explained I had pre-ordered and was there to pick up (hence the side of the counter I was at). She barked at me, well what did you order. I told her and she acted like they never received such and order and asked if I had a confirmation number. I went and got it and came back in. She had disappeared and another person came out. She was nicer but I had to repeat the process. Turns out it didn't matter they had plenty of turkeys in stock, as indicated by another woman who came out. I think the third woman may have been a manager or supervisor... she was very nice. Long story short, the turkey was good but that first woman who "helped" me kind of left me feeling blah about the place. I imagine she was having a bad/overwhelming start to the day so I give 3 stars in an effort to give the benefit of the doubt and because the food was as ordered.
