Welcome to amateur hour! This is not the high end blowout experience you expect from Drybar, what a way to tarnish the name.
My appointment was never booked so I had to wait as a walk-in. Rude front desk. Unfriendly and seemingly bored and bothered stylist. Half my makeup was washed off during the shampoo and last but not least, my brand new beaded weft extensions that I had freshly installed a week prior were destroyed. I get my hair shampooed w/ my extensions weekly at my local salon by my stylists ASSISTANT and have never had an issue. In fact, my extensions last longer under the care of what should be professionals. My stylist failed to detangle my extensions, repeatedly pulled on the beads resulting in my own hair breakage as well as the extension install being ruined. My regular stylist was appalled. So my 50 dollar blow dry ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to get them fixed.
These girls are fresh out of school if that and it's sad to see the dry bar name slip because they didn't properly train their stylists. This is Vegas, girls are going to have extensions quite often. You should be able to blow dry them without ruining them.
Don't waste your time here.
