| - I didn't think I would need a third update, but boy, was I wrong.
The lock box was taken off my door after Tierra's call (which I have not answered and will continue to not answer), probably because I made a big enough stink about it. I will now be going to the Better Business Bureau. After my other reviews were posted, I received a call at 8:26 a.m. on today, Tuesday May 23rd. It was from the owner himself, Kami. The voicemail that was left (I didn't answer it because the number itself was listed as restricted) blew my mind. Kami said he wanted to talk about my reviews, asking why I was defaming his company. He then called me unethical and unprofessional, left his number, and requested I call him back to talk about it. After being called unethical and unprofessional, why would I even bother calling back? So I ignored it. I received another restricted call from him at 8:52 a.m. Then, at 1:22 p.m., he called via the company's number. He said "Hi, may I speak to Alyssa?" So I responded with "Yes, this is Alyssa." He introduced himself as Kami or Kamyar, the owner of Triumph. He went on to say "I saw your reviews and I want to know why." I told him I did not appreciate being called unethical and unprofessional (which is pretty ironic coming from a company that has extremely poor reviews and then a handful of good reviews that I can only expect were written because of some incentive) and asked how I was defaming his company. I went on to say that if he didn't like the truth, he shouldn't treat his clients so poorly. He asked what was done that was an issue, and as I went to explain, I realized that one, I don't have to explain myself to defend myself, and two, this person has absolutely no interest in making things right. So I stopped, told him it was a waste of my time and that I have better things to do. For people who have been harassing me over my reviews, they clearly do not read the full review. If they did, they would know why I have absolutely no respect for these people. Kami has no interest in making things right with people. I have a right to speak about my experience, and I don't appreciate being harassed about it. These people are not nice people. This is a classic case of pot calling the kettle black. Please, I beg of you, if you see this name you need to run. There is a reason that there are so many negative reviews. These people wouldn't know professionalism even if it slapped them in the face. As for "defaming his company", I just want to save other people from heartache.
Oh, also, here's the best part. I get a call from my landlord saying that Triumph said I put a stop payment on the security deposit or first month's rent. I laughed and said "I paid in cash. Let me send you proof." Scammers.
