  • I'm sad to say I have to leave this review. The sales phase was great and the two stars I am giving are simply for Clive Crawford who was phenomenal to deal with. Sadly, once the sale is made, this place is just awful to deal with. I've called NUMEROUS times attempting to get some recall and service work done on my RZR I purchased here. 10/15 times I called, I can't get anyone on the phone at all. The receptionist forwards me to the "service" department which never answers. 4 times I was able to get ahold of someone, I was told they had to call me back. Not once was I called back. The one time I got someone on the phone, I was told that they had to order the recall parts and they would call me back to schedule a time to bring it in. 2 months later, i'm still waiting on that phone call.... I understand that recall work may not pay the bills, but you sold me the RZR. I expect that I can bring it back here for recalls to make it right. I needed it serviced as well, so it's not like they would have been paid nothing. Well in this case, they will get paid nothing. RideNow Powersports answered the first time I called, had the parts in stock and they will get my business from here on out for services and future sales.
