  • Courteous staff. My appointment to pick up car was at 6 pm. The two staff members were kind and patient even though the branch was set to close at 6 pm. The car was clean and appropriate to my expectations and my final bill was exactly what I expected it would be (other than paying for an additional day at the same rate because I turned the car in 24 hours later than I said I would) I will rent from this Hertz location again
