  • BRIDES BEWARE! DO NOT GET YOUR WEDDING DRESS ALTERED HERE!!! Where do I begin. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. The company offers a 100% money back guarantee but they don't follow through when a request is made. I have filed a complaint against them through the better business bureau. I honestly feel bad because the staff (for the most part) were exceptional. They were very nice and helpful. The owner Tony is responding directly to me via email and could not be more rude. - requested a quote online for cleaning, I stated that I had a ball gown dress- because I did not specify a "wedding dress" I was given an incorrect amount for cleaning. I also had sent a picture. Apparently wedding dresses cleanings are over $200.00. I was quoted $55.00. They did in fact honor this price ($55.00). Which is probably the only thing I would say about this place that was honorable. -Here is word for word a response form the company upon my request for money back- "Upon reviewing the entire paper trail on this project we found that we only charged you $55 for cleaning for an entire wedding dress. You have received $150 discount on the cleaning alone. Basic wedding dress cleaning pricelist for March 2015 started at $200. We adjusted our price for you in order to accommodate a client that had requested more work on alterations. And your dress was simple enough that we ran it through without much effort. Incidentally, I approved the charge because you had incorrectly described your dress over the online request and did not want to have an issue with a customer so I allowed it. Afterwards we found out that Ana Maria misquoted The alteration cost because she did not account for the back end workers such as the Presser's and form finishers. But you did not mention to her that we had agreed on a price that was $80 higher when doing the online quote for the alterations." CLEARLY BLAMING ME AND NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THE FACT THAT THE DRESS WAS INCOMPLETE. The reason I asked for money back was because I asked for a bustle and it was done incorrectly. I had to take my dress somewhere else and pay an additional $200.00 for a hem and a proper bustle. I changed my dress to a sweetheart neckline which was done perfectly. So there was some good work done. The hem was not done through this place because the seamstress told me I didn't need it. I should have known better. I clearly needed it. All I am asking for is the $60.00 cost to fix my bustle and they are refusing. Please don't do what I did. Get a reputable place to do your alterations. Especially for your wedding
