  • I should have read the bad reviews before I went to this place. I had my contractor order some tile for my floors, but had to cancel the order because my HOA didn't approve my tile. I didn't know they had a restocking fee of 20%. I was not charged the 20% because I never picked it up, but they charged me 15% "shipping" fee. They deducted that amount from the refund. Apparently, they had to ship this in from another state. This was a popular floor tile, and I am sure they sold it the next day. Just wanted to let everybody know this policy. I wouldn't deal with this company again, nor would I recommend them to anybody!
