  • This is the only computer company I will ever go to for the rest of my life or until God opens up a computer store. A few years ago my desktop computer died and I needed something with a lot of power as I'm a professional photographer and I need a machine with a fast CPU, fast drives and lots of memory. None of the pre-fab computers I was seeing at Best Buy, Fry's or any of the office supply stores were doing it for me. I heard the radio ads about PC Laptops and how they custom build all their machines so I went into their store. The staff was helpful and polite and they worked out a quote for me on a Ferrari of a computer. They certainly weren't the cheapest computer company but I trusted them to build me a quality computer that would last me for some time. Well, build me a killer computer they did. I've never been happier with a computer since I started owning them back in the 80s. It's been 3 years now and this computer still rocks! I have had some issues with it over the time I've owned it though but because PC Laptops has a lifetime warranty on everything they build, I simply take in the computer and they fix the problem, free of charge. Their service is fast, reliable, and very professional. It's the old adage, you get what you pay for. Sure you can buy some crappy computer from WalMart and save a few bucks but you'll be paying for it in the end with horrible customer service, no warranty for any reasonable amount of time, and the knowledge that you will have to replace the computer in a few years because it didn't hold up. So yes, spend the money and buy a quality computer from PC Laptops...you'll be glad you did.
