Very disappointed with the customer service. While purchasing a Christmas gift for my wife, I asked SPECIFICALLY about the return policy. Nissa, the sales associate, told me that the return policy is extended until Jan 14th for the holiday. When I tried to return the item on Dec 29 I was told that it was beyond the 14 day return policy. The associate pointed to the policy on the receipt that said 14 day return/ 30 day exchange. When I asked why some of that policy applied while the rest was able to be voided verbally, I was met with a blank stare. Nissa was very defensive and became rude, as a result so did I. The corporate office acknowledged having many complaints of miscommunication about holiday policy but being unable/ unwilling to help. Attempts to contact the store manager by phone have been unsuccessful. What should have been a positive experience purchasing a premium priced product became an $870 lesson in terrible customer service. STEER CLEAR!
