  • Seriously, the WORST service (NO service) and the most unprofessional, rude manager ever! Brought my dress and pair of shoes to Dove cleaners week before I needed them clean. The girl who was working gave me the receipt which said that Items: 3 , Ready to pick up Friday. Didn't give me the price. So when the Friday came, I called to find out the price. The lady on the phone said that for the dress it's going to be $27+tax and shoes $38+tax and that I can come pick them up. So I went there the next day (Saturday) and the woman who was working there said that the dress they even didn't try to clean (!!!!), because they are afraid to damage it (and they tell me that after a week of holding it! Couldn't even call me and let me know!) and the pair of shoes are still not clean because they send them somewhere else to clean! And it will be ready SOME time next week. I got REALLY upset, because I needed my shoes and dress THAT night. That's why I brought them week ago! So, I said that I am not going to pay for anything, because now I have to go and buy another pair of shoes. The woman said she will talk with her manager. Next week, Tuesday, I received a call that my shoes are ready. I came to pick them up, and the same lady said that she spoke with a manager and she can give me $5 DISCOUNT :)))) The gas cost more for me just to come for nothing! And it was not about the money, I was totally fine with the price! So I asked to talk with the manager, manager was extremely rude, didn't even listen what I said. Told me that she don't care, that it's impossible and that she is not going to do anything about that. WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Even if they would pay for me to do that. P.s. Brought my dress to Couture Cleaners, they cleaned it in two days without any problems, and my dress looks like brand new!
