  • If I could give this place 0 in stars I would. I purchased a Groupon for a cut,color and style and I understand that because I have long hair and extra charge was going to apply. I informed Tracy the day before my appointment that my hair was to my mid back and she let me know that it would be about a $20 to $40 upcharge. The day I go in for my appointment she informs me that my hair is much to long and that it would be a $200.00 upcharge!! I asked if we can meet in the middle somewhere to see what we could do and she stated that the only thing she could do was do an all over color of black which is already my natural color! She denied my service and told me that I should have never bought a Groupon and that I should talk to them for a refund. Very unprofessional and rude! Go at your own risk!
