  • Worst check in experience that I have ever had after 30 years of travel! Not only did they take forever, they gave me a queen when I booked and paid for a King. Argued with me that I did not book a king even after showing the confirmation. We were married at a Kimpton resort and always look for one when we travel. Very disappointed.
