Worst possible patient care I have ever experienced.
I have an appointment scheduled for 4/26, but was notified via email on 4/25 at 4:57 pm via email that Dr Askin had left, the email does not in any way state that my appointment is cancelled. They confirmed this appointment with me via text on 4/19. I have called several times, no answer. I left a voice mail for the office manager, no response. If you are cancelling the appointment, someone should be able to pick up a telephone and make a call. Frankly someone should have called about the change in the first place instead of sending out an email right before you close for the day and less than 24 hours before my appointment. I have to notify you 24 hours in advance of a cancelation, why cant you show your clients the same courtesy.
I will give then credit.....they posted a letter on the website today (4/26) announcing that Askin left on 4/13. So with all of this change underway, they send me a text 6 days after he left to confirm my appointment!!!!!
I would think that they would do anything possible to retain their client base, but apparently you don't care if you have patients or not.
