| - I lived in this apartment complex for about a year & a half, and for the most part I really liked it! I never really had any major complaints, the apartments themselves to me seemed pretty well built, and I never had any serious issues with the quality of construction or appliances. The layout of the 1,000 square foot 2 bedroom apartments are really nice, and the cool thing about this place is they allow you to paint the interior however you want (as long as you paint it back) ...
We never had any issues with neighbors having drama, and it's pretty quiet at night for the most part. The location is great and puts you very close to lots of good stores & restaurants.
The office & pool area are really nice, and you do have access to a very small 24hr gym. The maintenance and office staff are very nice & helpful , and usually resolved any issues very quickly, Maria was especially kind and helpful!
The only negative things I can think of are as follows...
- The water heater for the upstairs units are located on the patio area of the downstairs apartment, so if your upstairs neighbors water heater goes out, you have to give access to your patio so it can be fixed, which is annoying.
- The sounds from the upstairs apartments can be quite loud if you're downstairs at times.
- One of the gates on the rear corner of the property doesn't lock, and allows access to pretty much anyone who is walking bye, and that to me is somewhat of a serious safety concern.
- These units are not SUPER expensive, but they're not cheap either, and you should fully expect your rent to go up at least $100 per year.
Aside from those things, I have no negative feedback and I really enjoyed living in this community!
