So I will say it. I think Sansotei's Tonkotsu black is the best ramen in the City. Its not an open and shut case, but the depth of the soup is just hard to match in Toronto IMHO. One area where I believe they fall short though is the egg. Kinton does a far better job with the egg both in flavour and texture. Now if only I could get Sansotei's Tonkatsu black with a Kinton egg......
