  • Made an AM appointment 2 weeks ago for today. Took today off from work so someone could be here for the appointment. At 9:30 this morning I get a call that they have to reschedule. What makes these companies think we can just keep taking days off from work to sit and wait for them NOT to show up? Thanks for wasting my vacation day. Really? Apparently clients time is not valued.
