  • Chuck Nino is fantastic!! He showed up on time, assessed the problem and it took him about 2 minutes to fix my vertical blinds. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it myself if it happens again. It was such a simple fix I really felt stupid-LOL But he was such a gentleman and SO HONEST. He could have told me I needed a whole new track and we wouldn't have known the difference. But he takes pride in his work and does not take advantage of people. He really has the best interest of his clients at heart-so refreshing in this day and age :-) He wouldn't even let us pay for a service call-said a few bucks for gas was sufficient. If he was this reliable on a small fix I would have no problem working with him again or recommending him to complete entire home jobs :-)
