My wife and I stayed at the Flamingo in Las Vegas last week. On one of the days we ate at the Paradise Garden Buffet in the hotel. We only have previous visits to the buffets at Bally's and Paris as a comparison, but we were quite pleased. We actually thought it was comparable to Paris, and a touch cheaper; and much better than Bally's.
The buffet itself was fairly standard I guess, but I did note an omelette chef that was still on duty when we were there in the early afternoon. Apparently, there was also a made to order burger bar station that we didn't discover until we had started dessert (which was a great disappointment when I saw the results some of the other patrons got). The dessert selection was better than both Paris and Bally's, including a crepe chef (which I acknowledge Paris has too).
Beyond the food, the price of the buffet included unlimited champagne, mimosas, and screwdrivers - which made the cost of the meal quite cheap when you throw 2-4 drinks into the mix.
