  • I purchased my car from Beemer Haus in 2009. During that time I was considering a BMW but was uncertain about affordability and what my options are. During my first visit at Beemer Haus I spoke directly with the owner and I felt no pressure to purchase the car. it was a great experience to have a normal discussion without any pressure. He helped me understand all my options and based on the figures I gave him that I can afford monthly, he provided recommendations of the type of car to consider. I ended up going back and purchasing a car from this owner because of the service I received during my initial visit. Unlike any other dealership, I felt like the staff really cared about me and my needs in a luxury car. I am writing this review now because I recently had troubles with my car and decided to give them a call for suggestions of where to go for maintenance. The owner of the dealership Charbel, took the time to ask me what was going on with the car and provided options for me to come in for additional assistance. I just got my car back and I can't be happier with this experience even years later. I know that when I am ready for an upgrade, I will not waste my time going anywhere else! I highly recommend this dealership for their comparable prices and high level of service. Thank you for everything BeemerHaus!
