  • Terrible customer service. Wouldn't refund me my money from a double charge. Taylor had no sympathy for me loosing out on my money. He refused to call anybody for help and told me "this isn't Best Buy". Its a shame, I really liked some of the products in this store as to why I spent over $100 on the visit in question. I'll never step foot back in this store unless it's to get my money back.
