  • I had a worst experience at Lan Dai Nails. I called two hours in advance to book an appointment ( last week) . I arrived at 4:45 and after 25 mins I have my pedicure started. The pedicure was awful, rushed and not what I'm used to getting from other nail salons. Push through like cattle, no exfoliation and it seemed more like a foot soak. I understand it was Saturday, could be a delays or rush during the busy hour. But after my pedicure finished I have only 30 mins for my manicure. Guess what? Almost an hour none of them even bother asking to do my mani. Never in the fact that so many women that came after me were dealt with immediately. ( All Caucasian; I'm black.. just saying). I paid for my pedicure and walk out with my naked nails. Sorry to anyone who love this salon. I will not be going back nor do I recommend to anyone.
