Horrible customer service. I am trying to cancel my monthly member over many bad experiences. I was told they could email me the paperwork, but advised it's better if I come in?!?!?This is very inconvenient. Why is emailing an option?
2 months ago - Christian - manager of this location - contacted to me regarding my previous Yelp review. I emailed him on Monday with my concern and asked if he could send me the forms via email and I could return them directly to him. I re-sent the email yesterday. As of today, NO RESPONSE.
After reading other reviews below about the horror stories of trying to cancel their memberships I am in great fear that this will be unpleasant.
This entire experience was supposed to be a stress reliever and every visit has been a stress inducer.
WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!
