  • The employees at this location were very unprofessional and unorganized. I made a reservation weeks before and the day I picked up they gave me a smaller car and it hadn't been washed or cleaned. The dashed was covered in something sticky, the floor was never vaccumed and full of dirt and the there was candy on the floor in the backseats. All the enterprise representative said is that she would write a note saying the car hadn't been cleaned and didn't offer us a clean car because they didn't have anything left. We took the car because we were driving to Florida and had a tight schedule and when we tried to switch for a bigger car later that week every enterprise we called in Florida told us to call a different enterprise for help. We called 3 different locations in Florida that couldn't hope us and the enterprise in fort laudederdale never even answered their phone. I don't plan on ever renting with enterprise again after this.
