  • I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I went in and spent an hour talking to Vanessa about what I was looking for. She said that the Fraxel treatment would meet my needs. So I set up an appointment. I went in and after spending over an hour waiting for my appointment she finally numbed my face. After waiting another hour numbing my face I was told I needed to meet with LIsa the owner and nurse! LIsa has no people skills. Lisa told me she didn't think this treatment was what I was looking for!!!! AFTER ALL THIS!! UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT PUNCTUAL, POOR COMMUNICATION, UNORGANIZED, I was also given a different price for the cost of the treatment at this time, then I was told I needed to buy a $70 product for my after care!!!
