Had an estimate appointment set for 10 AM. Waited until 10:15 AM and called in, the very pleasant polite employee I spoke with told me to be patient and the estimator was most likely just slightly delayed. 10:45 AM rolls around and I called in again, another employee answer who was quite terse and unapologetic, stating he would send a "message" to the estimator to have him reach me directly. 11 AM rolls around and I have to call again and cancel completely. No remorse, apology, or offer to reschedule.
HORRIBLE first impression and bad customer service. What a lack of professionalism from a supposed 5 star company.
