rev:text	Jacksons has always been pretty bad but this location is by far the worst. The salesman showed me a very small and not deep scratch on my car and convinced me to do polishing, plus wax and sun protection. He specifically said inside and outside, carpet wash and mats. Total "special" price $95.99. Well, just look at the picture! They did not do ANYTHING in the interior, not even dashboard dusting. The certainly didn't polish the exterior and they didn't touch the carpets. But what is even worse is that the have me there waiting for TWO hours. They basically got me my car when I asked for it. It was sitting out there untouched for who knows how long. When I brought this up to the manager I was already late for an appointment so I asked for a partial refund for all the things they didn't do. His answer was bring it back. I explained to him I don't have that type of time and I don't live near by and that the only thing that would make it right was a fair refund. He did nothing. I asked for someone above him to call me as at that time I really had to leave. Crickets. BTW, prior to talking to the store manager, the person who delivered my car left a radio inside. Zero attention to detail. When I called him, he ignored me. So I actually got out of my car and went hunting him to return his radio. Never, ever, going back to any Jacksons. I do not recommend this place if you have a car you care about. They invitar on sales people up front and have zero quality control or customer service.
