  • The experience at Brio Tuscan Grille was not one bit short of SUPERB! My family couldn't stop ranting and raving about this place for days, and I was tickled to have pleased such a difficult group! I had my son's graduation lunch here. He graduated from UNLV last May 13th, and we were all from Los Angeles. From the moment I contacted Brio's Banquet Team, Nova (Banquet Manager) was so wonderful to communicate with... so patient and careful to answer all my questions quickly since we're from L.A.. I tried the big Vegas hotel buffets first and most of the banquet/catering staff were difficult to deal with - very slow to respond and I never felt like they even cared about my small but large party of 25. They really made me feel like we weren't a big deal to them. With their high prices for the Mother's Day weekend, I had high expectations so my patience wore thin very quickly. Brio did not even require a deposit for our event, yet Nova had a clearly written Event Proposal showing the details of our meal selections and the pricing. No surprises! Like clockwork, we were seated at exactly 2:00 pm as stated on our Event Proposal! Then we met THE MAN.... Amit, our head server! He was an amazing guy who lit up our tired selves with his positive energy and excellent service skills. He said we were his first large group, but no one believed that! The food arrived also like clockwork... it was almost like a staged show. The intervals were perfectly in sync with our guests' eating behaviors. We couldn't believe that service! First drinks, then appetizers, then salads, the main course dishes and dessert... all perfectly timed in harmony. The entire time, Amit was checking in with me, in constant communication with me and on top of the whole game. Even small details like no empty drink glasses and lemon wedges were never forgotten. By the end of dessert, we were about to take this man home with us to L.A., he was so good!!!! The entire family loved him and just could not stop speaking kind words about him! The food was amazingly awesome... from the calamari, to the lemon chicken, to the grilled salmon... and that amazing "we wanted to lick the plate" vodka pasta!!!! The dessert was the icing on the cake.... caramel marscapone cheesecake in small cups topped with whipped cream! Delicious to the last bite!!!! All were scrumptious dishes that warmly satisfied our hunger pains after 5 long hours of graduation ordeals and traffic. Nova, Amit and the BRIO Banquet Team - A HUGE THANK YOU FROM THE SANTOS FAMILY OF CALIFORNIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE THERE!!!!!!!
