  • Seems like the service has been getting better as of recently. My boyfriend and I visited BWW last month and we were surprised at how much the service improved (although this is only based on our most recent visit). Our server was very attentive and didn't have to ask for refills of water. And even the manager was walking around and asking around to make sure the customers where happy with the service they were receiving.
