  • Dr. McConnell is great. The office staff stinks. Just make sure as a patient you know you will be doing their job for them as they cannot be bothered. They will not check to see if you are in network -they will have you do it. I have never seen this done in years of working with HC providers. Either they know or they check it for you. I develop patient friendly processes in healthcare for a living and this one fails. Like I said, I really like the doc but they are a bit of a project to work with as most places are working to make the experience better for patients they seem to be working against the flow.
