It's no secret that I've attended more than my fair share of concerts and shows during my young life.
With that being said, I'll just get to the point and say that I really don't like this venue. First off, parking was terrible. I just wanna let MGM properties know that ever since they started charging for parking, they suck! The way that the ticket booths have been designed is terrible and whoever designed them should be ashamed of themselves. We have to stop behind people on an incline and it gives me anxiety to push my car so hard up that incline in fear of falling backwards and hitting the person behind me.
Secondly, the service was bad. I guess I'm spoiled in being shown exactly where my seat is at. The lady checking the tickets in our area just waved people through without detailed instructions as to where people were seated. The attendees in my section scrambled around trying to find their seats and received no help.
Lastly, the layout of this venue is less than ideal and felt very claustrophobic. The seats are small and tight. The aisles are tiny: people have to stand up if someone wants to get out. There are no cup holders on the seats. The floors are sticky. It seems outdated and could really use a facelift.
I could go on, but I think you get the point. I will be avoiding this venue in the future.
