  • DIRECT TV USES FALSE ADVERTISING AND IMMORAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! After refusing to pay an small charge of $22, which was for eroneous billing DIRECT TV found an old checking account number of my ex-wife's and processed the charge. I had written them a letter on hard copy, explaining and had responded to their phone calls, some of which were made during evening hours. I only wish that they had been able tocharge me directly so I could take legal action against them. This is a small amount of money, incorrectly billed, but the principle of the matter shows how they condut their business.
