  • I took my iPad 2 here to have the screen replaced because it was cracked. I bought a Groupon deal that they were offering and the price admittedly was pretty decent. When I dropped the ipad off I thought the location was pretty easy to find. The staff was friendly enough. It was a little disconcerting that they didn't issue any kind of receipt or claim check when I have them the ipad but it didn't turn out to be an issue. They took two days to do the repair on the ipad. After I picked it up I noticed a day later that in one of the corners the screen was separating from the body of the device. I call them up and tell them. They have me bring it back and keep it two more days to (presumably) redo their work. I pick it up again and take it home and put it on a shelf. I didn't use it since picking it up but then one day after about 1-2 weeks after getting it back I pick it up just to look at it and the screen is again separating in the same corner. I'm pretty disappointed at this point but I haven't bothered to call them about it because at this point I've lost faith that they can actually fix it properly. I might try somewhere else at this juncture. tl;dr I liked the price but was let down by the quality of the work.
