As far as "total car care" goes, don't waste your time. Go to a real mechanic. They left my mother's car outside overnight with the windows open. Then the diagnostic wasn't the $100 they originally quoted her. But $110 plus tax. Plus a $22 fee for materials used? Ridiculous. Then when we had our actual family mechanic look at it, he realized quite a few things were put back completely wrong, loose, or not at all. As far as "tire care" goes, my boyfriend's father replaced all of his tires because one had a leak. They took it back many times because it was still leaking. Finally took it to Discount Tire and found out the real problem was the rim, not the tires. Discount Tire solved the problem, not Tire Works.
