| - This company is a joke.... I called them directly after seeing their Groupon, the owner told me not to buy the groupon and I made an appointment with him directly to have 1 Sofa cleaned on Wednesday of this past week. The time I was given was 10am - 2pm but was told someone would call me the evening prior by 7pm to confirm a more specific time. At 8pm when no one had called I had to call them and had to leave a message on the machine. At 8:30pm someone called to confirm however not in response to my message. I was then told it would be more like noon for my appt the following day but no later than 2pm. The next morning the owner called at 8am to see if I heard from anyone....I told him I did and that I was scheduled for 12-2pm. I was also told I would receive a call when they were on the way. By 1:45pm with no call and no one showing up I called back, someone who clearly doesn't have any customer service skills answered the phone.... Didn't know when they would arrive, actually told me he couldn't get in touch with the tech because the tech wasn't returning his calls..... That reassuring! After about 30 more minutes of waiting I was told that it would be more like another hour before they would arrive... That meant almost 4pm. Unacceptable!!! Finally the owner called and wanted to "make up" for the mistake..... there was no mistake, the company is unprofessional period!!! However he insisted on coming to clean the sofa for free.... I will admit I did give in and agreed, we confirmed for an appointment today Saturday between 8am - 10am. I am sure you won't be surprised to hear no one showed up, no call..... Nothing..... The owner did give me what he said was his personal cell phone so at 10:00am today when I called to see where they were.... Would it surprise you if I told you he didn't answer..... I followed up with another call, again now answer and then I sent 2 text messages... NO RESPONSE...... As I am typing this review my cell phone just rang, it was the technician letting me know he was on the way...... I said you were supposed to be here between 8-10..... He said no I have 8-12..... What a joke, I told him no thank you, I would rather pay twice as much and have it done professionally then deal with incompetent and unprofessional people. Oh by the way when the tech called on Wednesday and said he was about an hour away and it would be more like 4pm I asked where he was currently, the distance to my condo from where he was was less then 20 minutes yet he told me it would be an hour....when I spoke to the owner and he offered to do it for free today I had told him that the people he was sending on Wednesday were clearly not where they said they were or they would have been able to get to me sooner.... His reply..... I'm sending someone else on Saturday, I have issues with that tech and because of HIPPA laws I really say anything else.... Ok so clearly you know you have issues with this employee yet you are still sending him out as a representative of the company..... Clearly there are bigger issues then my couch and I will take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately you can't post without giving a star..... Gave 1 but certainly wouldn't have if I could have done it differently.
