I thought the receptionists were very helpful and friendly, as they are the first people you meet upon entering. I purchased a living social deal to redeem for an hour long massage and thought it was ok at best. The person I was supposed to see had an emergency family situation arise so they called in a backup to take his place, after offering me to reschedule, and they were nice about it.
Nothing about it really stood out in my mind, the room had a weird wolf theme and the therapist did a few strange techniques that I really wasn't expecting. I am a CNA and have a lot of back tension. One of her techniques to relieve my tension was to pick my legs straight up in the air and move them slowly from side to side while I was laying on my back. This made me more uncomfortable than relaxed, and it was a bit awkward. She also did this weird pinching technique on my legs and it felt like she was trying to pull the fat off (I'm not a heavy person). Also, I'm never a fan of people ending early. I paid for an hour and she stopped 10 minutes early (I was on time, 10 minutes early in fact). Overall, it was decent. I got my massage, a time away from the usual hustle and bustle but I will probably try somewhere else before returning.
