  • Kohls at 4801 McKnight Rd has terrible cutomer service. I was in there last Saturday, Nov 18. 2017, to redeem a voucher from Project Bundle Up. I went to the customer service desk where I was assisted by the rudest most condescending sales clerk ever. There was a new associate who needed help with the redemtion, so called who I assume was a dept head over to help her. The associate was fine, but the woman who was helping her was obviously infuriated over my voucher. She first informed that she couldn't give change back, then viciously ripped off the tags and kept the receipt, why loudly telling me "they" couldn't return the items. I am not a "they". She did this in front of a counter full of people. My son is a valued customer and asked her if he could apply friends and family to the purchase to save some money for the charity. She loudly and nastily informed him that "they" can only get 15. Ale made me feel like I crawled up out of a sewer grate. I had a sudden illness that left me pretty much destitute. I called Kohls customer service and was assured someone would return my call. That never happened.
