Initially, I was hesitant to enroll my kids in their Summer camp because at the time my children never went to a day-care, nursery, or pre-school of any sort (my kids at the time were 3 and 4.) I was worried about separation anxiety with my youngest, I was worried about them being able to follow the rules, and most importantly I was worried that their fun would not run out before it was time to pick them up.
I dropped my kids off and lingered around for a bit to see if they were ok. The instructor was wonderful. He did a great job engaging my kids and keeping them active. I don't think my kids missed me (and I am not complaining.) My kids were flabbergasted by their giant inflatable carpet that they forgot the rules a little bit and just went at it in a not so orderly fashion. The instructor nipped the bad behavior in the bud without sounding scary nor did he make them feel bad. Even though the session was about 2 hours they enjoyed themselves so much, made a few friends, and wanted to come again.
The session was not too overwhelming time-wise and was not over crowded with kids. I plan on sending my kids to more summer camps in the future.
