  • It's OK. PROS: -Approachable and friendly staff. - Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. CONS: -Poor sound insulation. I clearly hear my neighbors sneeze and talk in the mornings. -Most luxury communities that I have lived in prior provide daily house keeping through out all floors (hallways are vaccuumed, elevators mopped, stairways swept). This does not occur here daily, and it shows. Only the amenity and offices areas seemed to be cleaned daily. -Personal Door Mats are allowed. This is purely a personal viewpoint, I believe it adds clutter, and detracts from the attractiveness of communities that allow it. Depending on the size of the doormat, It also creates trip / fall hazards. Again, overall, -its okay.
