Our upstairs AC stopped working again today (it turned out to be a defective part). I realized this at 4:30 pm on a Friday. I called Dekes, and they said that they wouldn't be out until Saturday (Derek was out sick, so it was just Steve doing service calls).
The doorbell rang at about 6:45. It was Steve. He had worked all day and was at my house to take care of us. This is the kind of service you get with Dekes. We have been using them for over 3 years, and they consistently do everything right.
Some of the stories I read on here about them just seem hard to believe. Worst case, I assume all companies have a bad day here or there. But we love Dekes!
