I received a pedicure by their manicurist (her name was mandy) and it honestly wasn't the best. She doesn't brush on the polish properly which caused the polish to be rough and inconsistent. She also didn't do a very good job at cleaning up the cuticles where the polish bled over. I would have gone back to inquire about getting them fixed (I would have done so before leaving but she was rushed for her next appointment and I felt uncomfortable), but she didn't give off the "customer satisfaction guarantee" vibe. Or at least to me she didn't. She was sweet to the client before me (she even walked her out to the sitting room and thanked her graciously for coming), but didn't really engage with me in the slightest. I don't think she cared to have me as a client and I felt like a burden. I wonder why? Overall, I'm disappointed and will not return to this location, nor recommend to others.
The extra star is for the receptionist who was very kind to me and initially made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I first arrived.
