I feel so spoiled with getting to try so many great restaurants being a stone's throw from the strip. My husband and I love a good steak, and after being here for a year, our good eats are all starting to blur together. And not that we want to be food snobs, but the bar is set pretty high for us now. We decided to try CUT for my birthday, and I have to say it was one of my favorite steaks in Vegas.
You don't need to spring for the Wagyu in order to have a delicious, cuts through like butter steak here. My corn fed petit 8 oz filet was cooked to perfection! We also had the mac and cheese, carrots, and potatoes for side. The pretzel bread is so good, and they bring the bread selections around multiple times. Service was warm and friendly from the hostess stand to just passing waiters on the way to the restroom. I also really appreciated they had a Burgundy on the wines by the glass selection. It was pricey, but it was nice to not have to commit yourself to drinking an entire bottle just to get something other than a North or South American red.
CUT has definitely earned a place on my "Best Of" list.
