  • I would give negatives stars if available. Every time I speak to someone there seems you don't have time to do repairs/service. You had two techs and four bay empty with 4hrs before closing. I could have left my car overnight if offered to be shuttled. I've been coming here for the last five years bring all our vehicles here. But you've lost a loyal customer. Your customer service has gone to sh$t. Cont. Thanks for responding. I took my business down the street to Ted Weins Auto Repair who closes at 6pm two hours before you and was more than able to do the required services. They had several cars and one mechanic. Paid under $69 for oil change and tire rotation (free) and was able to use my Firestone charge card. I will never return to you!
