  • After placing the BBB complaint ... I contacted sun city appliance in regards to getting a washer and dryer set. They were more than willing to get me qualified for a set thru there progressive loaning center. There was little communication and I never even seen the set that I apparently was approved for. After dealing with this company for a week, I was told after making several calls to this company that the washer and dryer would eventually be delivered. 1 price was verbally agreed on, then I received an email that my contract has been esigned without my presence and all of the sudden there were extra charges, and fees, and the washer and dryer was 250 more that what was explained. After dealing with the office after several times and catching them signing a contract in my name, I was told that they would contact the loaning company and cancel everything and that I could find something elsewhere. This is the worst company to deal with, scammers all the way!! Desired Resolution: Billing Adjustment Desired Outcome per the loaning company after Sun city appliance falsely signed my name to their contract, I cannot cancel the contract and now i am stuck paying $ 1300 for items that I never received.
