  • This Company is The Best! I was referred to them by my pool man, and he told me that to detect the leak in my pool, could take a few visits, but Roger from Pastime Pools said American Leak Detection, will get it done. Jon was the Tech who not only found the leak in my pool, he diagnosed a problem with my water softener that I never even knew about. It took 3 visits, no additional charges for the extra visits, and Jon actually had to do a dive, and get in my pool to discover that the leak was in the auto fill tube in the side wall of my pool. Jon discovered this as he used a hypodermic needle filled with blue dye and with the pump, filter and water shutoff, the blue dye was sucked from the pool, testifying to the leak, and then Jon did the repair to the 2 holes in the pipe, and rechecked it. Jon had me do a bucket test to make sure with the water shutoff that the pool level did not go down. ALL IS GOOD, and no more very high water bills. Megan, The Office Manager was very helpful when I was calling to schedule the appointments, and Jon, The Water Whisperer, did a FANTASTIC JOB, and I would highly recommend them.
