| - There was a lot about here that I think could be improved. The set-up didn't make sense to me. You order and pay first, but if you want to look at the topping options, you have to leave the register area. The options aren't clear from the register (although they aren't really clear from the making area either - unlike Cold Stone where they're at the front of the case, here they're against a back wall and not labeled). It takes so long to make the ice cream, to me it'd make a lot more sense for the exit door to become the entrance, and people can see the options, order, and then pay while it's being made. If you want to have your ice cream there, after waiting 5+ minutes for it, you then cross back across the register area to a standing counter...I just can't imagine this layout will work well on a busy day. The logo and signage looks very dated for a brand-new company. For the cost of this ice cream, I think they'd do better with a hip, contemporary look that would attract more younger people.
Anyways, on to the ice cream...it was good, but it wasn't great. It feels like you're paying $7 for the gimmick, not the ice cream. Maybe I would've enjoyed it more if I had a clear list of all the available options, but I felt like it was more in my head to come up with things I wanted to order. Also beware the whipped cream, they'll load that on even if you haven't been asked if you want any.
