  • Made my appointment 6 days ago and they called to cancel an hour before my appointment because there was an 'error' in their system and all massage therapists were booked, only has a facial available...? I understand things happen but an hour before the appointment after nearly a week? If I did that I would have been charged. Some people have to arrange sitters for appointments and any alone time they have. Pretty unprofessional!
