  • I had a sewage issue and submitted a service request through my home warranty. J&A called me within two hours after I submitted the request even though it was a Saturday. They promptly got me on the schedule and even called me later offering an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation. When the first technician came he observed a significant blockage and said he would need different equipment and assistance from another technician. But he was able to get them to come that same day so I wouldn't have to take any more time from work. The guys returned that afternoon and after significant effort were able to resolve my issue. I greatly appreciated their professionalism, their explanations of my issues, and what I would need to address in the future. I will definitely be going to these guys in the future and highly recommend their services!
