  • First time here. I just purchased a wooden watch that needed to be resized. Marshall (I believe that was his name) was doing the repair. There was only one other customer he was just finishing up with when I came in. There was a lady tending to the rest of the store. She did not say anything to me but did smile and make eye contact with me when I entered their store. I do not think she was able to speak any English, but I'll give her credit for at least the eye contact and smile. The inside of the store is small with only a small selection of Citizen watches on display. There was a small seating area of 1-2 chairs with a stack of magazines to peruse through while waiting. The place was a little dingy but clean as best as possible. You have to ring the bell to be granted access through the front door. It is in a small, older strip mall that is minimally maintained on the outside. Marshall took only about five minutes to get the job done. Quick, easy and painless. The watch could not fit any better on my wrist. And the price of $10 to do the job was what I expected to pay. It was a quick, pleasant experience.
